We then assign each segment to multiple agencies that have a demonstrated record of success with comparable portfolios in your industry.Once the initial round of collection efforts has been completed —generally within six months—we place any accounts that still have outstanding balances with a second tier of agencies specializing in aged debt, and later with a third or fourth tier specializing in late-stage collection efforts.
